One of the challenges that cyclists and other endurance athletes have is finding a place to do strength training or off season training that works with their schedule. One easy answer and solution is Anytime Fitness. With 24/7 access to more than 4,700 locations worldwide, you’re joining the most convenient gym on the planet. Whichever gym is your home gym, you have access to ALL locations world wide.
They are located in every major city in Colorado. One of them that we had the chance to visit was in Castle Rock which recently came under new ownership. Charley Hayes, is not the owner and brings a youthful energy and an excitement to the gym. Born and raised in Colorado, Charley is originally from South Fork, where he grew up but being a passionate athlete, played basketball for University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He had originally planned to go to Law School, but fitness being in his blood his direction has led him to Anytime. He still is also competitive Bull Rider, cycling enthusiast, and now an entrepreneur that brings that passion to the members.
Like all of the Anytime Fitness locations, it comes equipped with a full line cardio and weight machines, a free weight area, and a functional fitness area that accommodate every style of workout.
During the day, there are full time trainers on staff which can help if you are looking for a fitness plan, or just need some assistance. We have found it great for supplemental training, off season workout, or having to do rehab work when an injury has kept you off a bike.
Check them out at the link below and find the gym nearest you. See you there!!
