STB GRVL -Steamboat Gravel

This year we will be showcasing the rural scenic beauty of new regions of Routt County as we take riders on sections that they’ll find familiar from past years, as well as on entirely new sections that have been previously untouched by GRVL. Be prepared for more climbing on the Black and Blue courses than in past years, as well as loose and steep sections on the Black course that will test you physically and mentally as some of these roads have been recently graded by the County.

Pro tip: Size up when selecting Schwalbe tires, we do not recommend running anything under 40mm this year, and we highly recommend wearing mountain bike shoes, particularly on the Black Course, should you need to walk sections.
